These sunny, resinous blossoms are widely known for the skin-soothing properties that are helpful for all skin types and ages.  Often found in classic herbal healing salves, calendula is healing to irritations and abrasions to the skin while also offering antimicrobial effects. While increasingly popular for skincare formulations, calendula is also supportive to the lypmphatic system helping to move stagnation and congestion, lending itself to lymphatic massage oils and internal applications. In tea, calendula is a gentle ally for supporting inflammed digestive and respiratory tracts.*
