Botanical Name: Allium sativum var. "Music"
 
A cold-hardy hardneck porcelain garlic variety featuring large pungent cloves and excellent flavor.  Music performs consistently well in New England's climate, yeilding large cloves with excellent storage potential. 
 
We hand-select for larger heads that can be used for seed garlic or culinary use.
 
Sold in increments of 1 lb, 5 lbs, or 10 lbs.  1 lb is roughly 7-8 large heads, with approximately 45-45 cloves.   If growing for seed garlic, 1 lb will sow approximately 20 row feet at 6" spacing. 
 
Dried, cured, and cleaned by hand with love.
